The acquisition of residential property in the Republic of Tatarstan for the disabled people, people suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases

In accordance with the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and in pursuance of 12 court decisions obliging the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan in the extraordinary order to provide living quarters People with disabilities Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan received funds to purchase residential premises for disabled people, people suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases, and families with disabled children suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases (hereinafter - disabled).

Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with a non-profit organization "State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" signed a state contract dated 17.05.2016 № 2016.19530 on the right to acquire residential premises for the Disabled in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Currently, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is registered the right of the Republic of Tatarstan on the 12 premises, including:

- In respect of 11 premises citizens have signed contracts of social hiring, and received the keys;

- In respect of 1 premises, today the citizen did not come to sign the contract, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan were repeatedly sent appeals on the need to arrive at Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan to sign the contract.
