SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held an auction for the right to sign the contract of lease of state property

On 25.08.2016 was planned an open auction for the right to sign the contract of lease of state property - Lot №1: non-residential premises № 1005 (premises № 18-18p), premises № 1006 (18h). 1007 (18o). 1008 (18п) on the 1-st floor of the building, Lit A, with total area of 174.3 sq.m., located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Avangardnaya str., d.74, for the provision of banking services.

oint Stock Commercial Bank "AK BARS" (public corporation) was recognized as the only participant of the auction and allowed to participate in the auction.

Commission recognizes the auction on lot № 1 failed, and made a decision about conclusion of a lease agreement with only participant on the initial price, which amounts to 136 825,50 rubles monthly rental.
