Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 337-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations of citizens "

On July 4, 2016 came into force the Federal Law dated dated 03.07.2016 № 337-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations of citizens " (hereinafter - Federal law).

      The federal law is aimed at improving the legal regulation of the activities of horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations of citizens.

      Federal law specifies the procedure for the calculation of membership fees in the horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations, the procedure of interaction of these associations and their members, as well as with the citizens, leading gardening individually on the territories of these associations.

Federal law establishes the obligation of the horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations, including those created before the coming into force of Federal law, to create a register of members of the respective associations till  June 1, 2017

      According to the Federal Law, the statutes of these organizations must be brought into line with the new requirements of the Federal Law on the first change in their constituent documents, and the state fee for such registration will not be charged.
