On 25-26 of August in the Kaliningrad region held the interregional conference of appraisers "Actual problems of appraisal activity". During the meeting of a member of the Management Board of NP " Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the Tatarstan branch of the Russian Society of Appraisers Dmitry Zahmatov with representatives of the Property Agency of the Kaliningrad region, Federal Property Management Agency, Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, appraisal community, was carried out the presentation of the experience for the development of cooperation between the state and business an example of Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Heads of public authorities and business community of the Kaliningrad region reviewed the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in the development of public-private partnership with great interest, they discussed the practical mechanisms of interaction of subjects of appraisal activity with state and local authorities, joint activities at the federal level. It was noted that significant changes in the legislation on appraisal activity this year will not contribute to the mitigation of problem of dialogue between the government and appraisers in the coming years, and vice versa, greatly will exacerbate it.
Participants of the conference consider it necessary to take into account the best practices of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of appraising activity, structural complexity of the proposed approaches, the expert solution of controversial issues in the practice of solving the problems, the most pressing and urgent for the government and appraisal regions. According to them, this trend, with the transfer of good practice, could be reflected in the Action Plan for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kaliningrad region.
