Republican competition for the provision of material support to socially oriented non-profit organizations

Competition for socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for the right to receive material support (h.a. - competition) is conducted in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 18.02.2015 № 99 «On the Republican competition for the provision of material support to socially oriented non-profit organizations».

Participants of the competition can be socially oriented non-profit organizations, except state and municipal institutions, on condition of implementation of their activities in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan at least one year prior to filing the said organization applications for participation in the competition.

According to the results of the competition premises in the administrative building located at the address: Kazan, 8 Marta str., 18, equipped with furniture, computer and office equipment will be distributed.

         Applications for participation in the competition will be carried out from September 13 to October 3, 2016

         Participation in the competition is made in writing text copy (application form available on the official website of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan in the section «Republican competition for the provision of material support to socially oriented non-profit organizations») on an electronic media in a sealed envelope, which indicate the word «Application of social oriented non-profit organization for the property» to the address of the Office of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan (the authorized body): Kazan Kremlin, entrance 0, floor 3, postal address: PO box № 6, e-mail address op.rt@tatar.ru ,phone: 567-80-96.

         To participate in the competition must submit an application prescribed form - Annex 1 (application must be completed for all items).

         The application must be attached the following documents:

1) copy of the constituent documents of socially oriented non-profit organization, stamped and signed by the authorized person of the non-profit organization;

2) a document confirming the authority of the head of socially oriented non-profit organization (a copy of the decision on appointment or election), and in the case of the signing of the application of socially oriented non-profit organization, a power of attorney to carry out the appropriate action, signed by the head and stamped by the said organization, or a notarized a copy of such power of attorney;

3) decision on approval or making the transaction contained in the official website notice in the form of the contract, if such a decision is provided by the constituent documents of socially oriented non-profit organization;

4) information on cash flow for the current account of non-profit organization for the last three years;

5) copies of the documents submitted by the non-profit organization to the federal executive body authorized in the field of registration of non-profit organizations, in accordance with subparagraph 3 and (or) sub-paragraph 3.1 of Article 32 of the Federal Law dated 12.01.1996 « 7-FZ «On Noncommercial Organizations» for the last three years;

6) Letters of public authorities, local authorities, commercial and non-profit organizations, citizens and their associations with an assessment (reviews, recommendations) of activities of socially oriented non-profit organization, or copies thereof;

7) Tender Offeror's consent to processing of personal data.

A socially oriented non-profit organization may submit only one application for participation in the competition.

Opening of bidders with applications will be held on October 6, 2016. at the address: Kazan, 8 Marta str., 18.
