The Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 336-FZ «On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Article 10 of the Federal Law «On Agricultural Land Transactions».
On July 4, 2016 came into force the Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 336-FZ «On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Article 10 of the Federal Law «On Agricultural Land Transactions». (hereinafter - Federal law).
The Federal law establishes the features of provision of the agricultural land owned by the state or municipal property to individuals or legal entities in the ownership or lease.
Citizens or legal persons who are referred to the land leased have the right to acquire a plot of land in the property or enter into a new lease of such land in the cases and in the manner stipulated by the Land Code of the Russian Federation if the executive bodies of state power and local self-government, authorized the provision of plots of land have no information about unresolved violations of the Russian Federation with the use of such land over them, including violations identified within the State Land Supervision.
