Experts of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan help to improve the quality of appraisal

The appeals of enterprises - appraisal customers, members of the Partnership and Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered during the next, the sixth in this year, meeting of the Expert Advisory Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan". During the discussion, a professional expert opinion on the appraisal reports of the market value of land in Sheremetyevo rural settlement (Nizhnekamsky MD), non-residential premise intended for the realization to businessmen in Novomelkenskoe rural settlement (Menzelinsky MD), the rent for the premises of pharmacy institutions in the villages Vasilyevo and city of Zainsk were approved. Necessary recommendationswere sent to appraisers, proposals against municipal authorities and appraisal customers were formulated. Reviewers of reports were the experts of SRO Alsou Gilyazova, Marat Suleymanov and Damir Timershin.

   Also, members of the Board was informed about the interest of the authorities and organizations of the estimated number of regions of the Russian Federation (Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Kurgan, Vologda Region, Khabarovsk region) to apply the experience of Tatarstan in solving disputes assessment, areas of cooperation were agreed.

Ultimately participants noted that the consistent work of the Expert Advisory Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan is clearly reflected in the significant improvement of the appraisal market quality.

   The meeting was also attended by members of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
