Exit inspections of the premises provided to orphan children in 2013-2015
06.10.2016 Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan departure to the Almetyevsky and Aznakayevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of inspection of use and safety of premises for orphan children and children without parental support was performed.
From 41 premises located in the Almetyevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, city of Almetyevsk, Gafiatullin St., 66, I. Zaripov Ave, 21, employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan hade access to 14 premises, in this connection 14 inspection acts on use and safety of premises are drawn up.
From 9 premises located in the Aznakayevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, city of Aznakayevo, Raduzhnaya St., 3 concerning 5 premises inspection acts on use and safety of premises are drawn up.
Following the results of inspection are revealed:
- debts of orphan Children to housing-and-municipal services;
- delivery by orphan Children in the sublease of 2 premises (Almetyevsk, Gafiatullin St., 66, rooms № 6, № 68) in this connection, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan acting as the lessor of the specified premises will file a lawsuit actions for declaration about eviction.
