Discussion of the project of Methodical instructions for the state cadastral appraisal of real estate objects

On October 6, 2016 on the website regulation.gov.ru the project of Methodical instructions for the state cadastral appraisal of real estate objects was published. First of all it is interesting to future staff of the created state budgetary institutions, but mentions both a considerable part of appraisal community, and consumers of appraisal services, and ordinary owners. Methodical instructions are developed for the purpose of implementation of the Federal law "About the State Cadastral appraisal".

It should be noted that a number of higher educational institutions already began training of listeners in the profile program of occupational retraining.

The program has a practical focus – upon termination of training the listeners who successfully finished the program will have the basic knowledge / abilities allowing them to carry out independently cadastral appraisal of lands of various categories and capital construction projects, and also market monitoring of the real estate. Besides within a training course questions of the organization of activities of state budgetary institution are considered

The matter is planned to consideration by Committee on Education and professional preparation of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
