Meeting of Public council of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan

The regular meeting of Public council of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of the minister Azat Hamayev was devoted to results of activities of the ministry in the current year, to the prospects of development and the analysis of earlier made decisions.

Opening a meeting, the chairman of the board Rasheed Abashev told about results of enlarged meeting of Coordination council of public councils of Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov, the tasks set for the advisory bodies representing civil society in dialogue with the power.

By results of activities of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the I-st half-year of 2016 the deputy minister Farit Musin and heads of structural divisions of the ministry acted. Taking into account the provided information and opinions of members of Public council it is offered to consider in addition a question of unprofitability of the state and municipal entities. Also the question of appraisal of municipal property was discussed, suggestions for improvement of its quality are stated.

For the purpose of the analysis of execution of the decisions which are earlier made by Public council the report of the head of JSC «Agro-industrial Park «Kazan» Oleg Vlasov on financial and economic activities of the entity was heard. Members of council noted that the principled position of Public council in many respects affected permission of conflict situations in JSC, promoted stabilization of indicators, an approach to profitability, increase in transparency of society. At the same time, it was specified a number of the moments requiring the further solution of both representatives of the state in the joint-stock company, and a management of the entity. Products cost, need of support of local producers, transport availability to the population was carried to their number.

In conclusion of a meeting members of council discussed and approved in general the draft of the Strategy of development of state policy in the sphere of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016-2021 and for the period till 2030. The presentation of the project was held by the head of department of the ministry Ildar Rakhmatullin.
