About inspections of a state-owned property

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and one check of use of the state-owned property transferred to Executive committee of the Baltasinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of powers to the state civil registration.

During inspections the following shortcomings are revealed.

1. Not used state-owned property:

- four real estate objects with a total area of 1359,9 sq.m;

- the parcel of land of 2767,98 sq.m. on H.Tufan St., 33 in Kazan;

- vehicle UAZ 396294.

2. The right of operational management of organization to 2 real estate objects on Dekabristov St., 125, Kazan, isn't registered.

3. On 6 real estate objects there is no automatic fire alarm.
