Appraisal ranges – is in the agenda of Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan

The regular meeting of a project team of Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to development of the Automated information system "Price Zoning in the Republic of Tatarstan in case of a Real Estate Appraisal". The specified system, according to participants, shall include geographical distribution of a price range on real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan and can be used in the following purposes:

determination of market value in case of the conclusion of transactions on the order real estate;

cost determination of the state-owned and municipal property in case of the conclusion of transactions with this property;

planning of investments, etc.

Representatives of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Lisichkin, Dmitry Zakhmatov, Olga Gripas, the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Guild of realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan investment development agency, bank community, CoSER of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a meeting. Were provided as joint developments of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of and Guild of realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the offer of CoSER of the Republic of Tatarstan on use of the Geoinformation portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The president of partnership explained that the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan already realized a number of actions in this direction and now carries out market monitoring of the real estate in the cities and areas of the republic. The union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan also declared determination to act as the administrator of the project regarding methodology and control of monitoring and updating of data on compliance to the current legislation and standards of appraisal.

The next meeting is planned in expanded structure, with participation of all profile organizations.
