The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan renders assistance to entrepreneurs of the republic in registration of the parcels of land

As of November 16, 2016 115 resolutions of Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation about 360 parcels of land of agricultural purpose with a total area of 800 hectares to the category suitable for a further construction, which have been made on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, are accepted.
About 70% of total area of lands which category is changed are intended for oil production and production of popular minerals in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Change of category of lands is also performed for placement of:
objects of construction industry, logistics;
objects of communication and power;
Gas station and other objects of road service.
