Since December 1, 2016 the cadastral engineers who aren't members of SRO won't be able to perform the professional activity.
Representatives of "Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region" self-regulatory organization: president Oleg Avvakumov, executive chief Vadim Savelyev and deputy executive chief Tatyana Seleznyova reported about it and other innovations at the press conference for journalists today.
The matter is that a year ago there was a federal law which made essential changes to activities of cadastral engineers. Vadim Savelyev specified that this Law toughened control of activities of cadastral engineers, strengthened requirements to the organization of their work, education, advanced training, expanded the list of the bases for deprivation of the right to activities implementation, complicated the procedure of an entrance to a profession. At the same time obligation of membership of cadastral engineers in self-regulatory organizations is entered. Thus, control of professional activity of the cadastral engineer will be imposed on SRO which member he is. The Federal Registration Service will control activities of SROs, Vadim Savelyev emphasized.
As the president of SRO «Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region» Oleg Avvakumov explained, up-to-date information about cadastral engineers can be found on the official site of the Federal Registration Service in the section "Electronic Services and Services" in the Register of Cadastral Engineers tab. By means of service it is possible to receive the information about the specific cadastral engineer allowed to occupational work, and in case of the specialist's exception of the list - record about cancellation of the competence certificate.
Now in Tatarstan 810 cadastral engineers are registered, 612 of them already entered SRO, in the register of regional SRO «Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region» 584 specialists are registered. In total in SRO «Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region» there are 1 146 cadastral engineers.
