The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 92-ZRT "About modification of separate legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" is adopted

28.11.2016 the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 92-ZRT "About modification of separate legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" is adopted.

The specified Law of the Republic of Tatarstan brings Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan of 26.12.2015 No. 108-ZRT "About redistribution of powers between local government bodies of residential, rural locations in the Republic of Tatarstan and public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the order of the land plots on which state-owned property isn't differentiated" and No. 109-ZRT "About investment of local government bodies of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the order of the land plots on which state-owned property isn't differentiated" into accord with the federal legislation.

From 01.01.2017 the federal law of 03.07.2016 No. 334-FZ "About modification of the Land code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" return powers on provision of the land plots on which state-owned property isn't differentiated, located in the territory of the rural settlement, to local government bodies of the municipal district in the territory of which there is a rural settlement (regardless of availability of the approved rules of land use and building).

Thus according to the Law RT No. 92-ZRT from 01.01.2017 operation of Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 108-ZRT and 109-ZRT extends only concerning the land plots located in the territory of residential locations on which state-owned property isn't differentiated.
