Results of board meeting of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan»

 Results of participation of representatives of appraisal community in republican actions are discussed at the regular meeting of non-profit partnership Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan".

     In particular, following the results of the enlarged meeting of Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan which took place on 06.12.2016, the first results of carried-out work on market monitoring of the real estate of the republic were presented in the form of the table of the price ranges on the cities and regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Taking into account the arrived offers, the question in addition will be discussed until the end of the year by the working group of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities.

   To send appeals to profile departments, in particular, to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Committee of land and property relaions of Kazan, concerning selection of appraisers in competitive procedures of support of entrepreneurs, it was offered following the results of participation in a meeting of Debating anti-corruption club with participation of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan on 09.12.2016.

   Participants of a meeting joint to SUE «National trademark» approved the directions of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 03.11.2016 No. 82-ZRT "About separate measures for quality assurance and safety of foodstuff in the Republic of Tatarstan" regarding consolidation of the expert organizations and providing of quality of the republican products positioned in the domestic and foreign market with them.

   During the meeting, by results of earlier carried out discussion, the Agreement on cooperation and interaction with the Construction Federation Association numbering more than 1400 construction, project and other profile organizations of Russia was signed. The president of the partnership Andrey Lisichkin and the board member the deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin emphasized that they the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan as the steady, surely positioned at the republican and federal level, non-profit professional organization are open for dialogue and a cooperation both with the authorities and with all institutes of civil society which are structurally working for the country benefit.

   During the meeting also a number of working questions of activity of the organization has been solved.
