Meeting of a working group on market monitoring of the real estate

The President of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Lisichkin made a speech at the regular meeting of a working group on market monitoring of the republican real estate following the results of forming of the integrated price ranges of lease and sale of office, industrial and trade real estate, and also the parcels of land on categories and types of use by the cities and rural settlements.

   The deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin reported that the question of monitoring was brought up during the recent meeting in the videoconference mode with bodies of a property management of municipalities. Also the results of monitoring prepared by the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan for review and adjustments until the end of the year are directed to chambers and managements of the land and property relations.

   Participants of a meeting noted the significant contribution to forming of monitoring and need of accounting for work of offers of Georgy Tikhonov (Zainsk), Yury Chebotaryov, Oleg Mokrushin (Kazan), some other representatives of the organizations of Partnership.

   After coordination of results of monitoring, it is entrusted to Dmitry Zakhmatov to create the analytical prolog of the published collection – to the chairman of Advisory council of Partnership who made a speech on the specified question at the enlarged meeting of Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
