The minister Azat Hamayev participated in a meeting of Council of the Menzelinsky municipal district devoted to results of social and economic development of the district for 2016 and tasks for 2017

The meeting was held by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin.

Following the results of last year the head of the municipality Aydar Salakhov made a speech at a meeting of Council of Menzelinsky district. In the performance he noted that, despite economic difficulties, 2016 was successful and productive year for the district.

"It is pleasant to see that nobody leaves agrobusiness. From year to year the profit amount, the number of farmers increases", – he told.

Aydar Salakhov gave a situation when children of farmers, having graduated, return to the area for continuation of parent case as a positive example of the solution of personnel problems.

As good help for improvement of a working condition of machine operators served the program of capital repairs of machine and tractor parks which, besides, positively influences on the quality of training to spring and field works.

Despite positive dynamics of cattle, in sphere of personal subsidiary farm reducing quantity of cows is observed. The important role in increase of a livestock of cows in personal economy, according to the head of the area, is allocated for purchase prices on milk. "I consider absolutely inadmissible to accept milk at the prices below 20 rubles for kilogram", – Aydar Salakhov spoke.

Special concern of citizens of the district is caused by a condition of engineering networks and constructions of systems of water disposal, and also quality of drinking water.

"Production capacities of municipal networks of the area don't allow to provide uninterrupted water supply in summer months. It is connected with high degree of depreciation of the engineering equipment. It is necessary to strengthen quickly work on installation of metering devices and control of unauthorized connection to networks", – Aydar Salakhov told, but at the same time warned that the entities of housing and public utilities of the area have no financial opportunities of upgrade and updating of business assets. The management of the district sees an exit from the current situation in attraction of private investments on the principles of public-private partnership.

Thanks to republican programs in the district it was succeeded to make a lot of things. But, as the head of the district noted, Menzelinsk is in great need in new school. "Unfortunately, about 300 pupils of initial classes are forced to study in a second shift. Young menzelinets dream of new modern school, it organically would fit into the settlement of Sadak with new kindergarten. The new school will allow us to optimize network of rural educational institutions, to increase fullness of classes and quality of education", – he told.

In a speech of the chief of the central district hospital Ildar Mansurov who reported on results of activities of CDH for 2016, it was noted that Menzelinsk in insufficient degree is provided with doctors: 12,4 specialists for 10 thousand working.

"In the republic the average value exceeded 20 specialists on 10 thousand working for a long time. Besides, the level of readiness of doctors, qualification assessment of their activities lags behind even an average republican value. And it despite the fact that we allocated tens of millions of rubles from the budget of the republic for equipment of health care facilities with the modern equipment", – the Chairman of the State Council told.

Besides, Farid Mukhametshin urged the citizens of the district to participate in the program of self-taxation more actively. Let's remind, in 2016 inhabitants of Tatarstan voluntarily collected more than 180 million rubles. "You don't work. If you worked in this direction, then you would have large sums to resolve the most sensitive issues in each village", – the Chairman of the State Council declared.

Residents of the district appealed to the head of parliament not to allow a construction of pig factory farm in the area. The representative of an initiative group who acted from a tribune reasoned for it the fact that the complex will extend a heavy smell to many kilometers around.

Farid Mukhametshin assured that without environmental assessment and discussion with the public the decision on a construction of a complex won't be made. At the same time, considering that Menzelinsk is deeply subsidized area, without investment attraction it is impossible to support economic level of the area.

"Nobody wants to poison the people. Each head of the district looks for possibilities of investment attraction. The republic constructed schools, gyms, the pool to you almost free of charge. It is necessary to think how in the conditions of an economic crisis to hold you afloat. We set the task to look for investments, to expand a tax base", – Farid Mukhametshin concluded.

The meeting of regional council came to the end with delivery of awards to the most stir residents of Menzelinsky district.
