Open biddings on implementation of a state-owned property are announced

State Budgetary Institution «Management of material support» being guided by Art. 448 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, the order of Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 06.06.2011 No. 878-r, on April 05, 2017 at 10:00 o'clock to the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26, 9-th floor (salesroom) carries out open biddings on value increase with an open form of submission of offers on a sales price of the following state-owned property (equipment):

For participation in an auction applicants need to provide to State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» (the specialized organization): the auction participation application in the established form; the payment document confirming making a deposit; the inventory of the submitted documents in duplicate; physical persons show the identity document, or copies of all its sheets, a consent to handling of personal data; legal entities provide verified copies of constituent documents, the protocol of the supreme body of management on appointment of the director, data on a share of the state in the authorized capital of the legal entity, the decision of the supreme body of management about property acquisition in writing (if it is necessary according to constituent documents of the applicant), the power of attorney on the representative. All sheets of the documents submitted along with the request, or separate volumes of these documents shall be stitched, numbered, under seal the applicant (for the legal entity) and are signed by the applicant or his representative.
