Exit reception on rendering free legal aid in the Baltasinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

Within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-156 dated 22.03.2010 "About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT dated 11.02.2012 "About rendering free legal aid to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan" the Tatarstan regional office of Association of lawyers of Russia continues work on rendering free legal aid to the citizens living in rural settlements of the republic.

For the purpose of consultation of citizens on legal questions information mobile - consulting group from specialists of the ministries, departments and the organizations, in particular, of the Office of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Tatarstan, Council of municipalities Republic of Tatarstan, Managements of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on Republic of Tatarstan, Management of the Federal Registration Service of the Russian Federation on Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Tax Service on Republic of Tatarstan, Management of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Advocates and Notarial chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan is created.

On March 23, 2017 the specified exit group has carried out reception of the population on rendering free legal aid in the Kugunursky and Nurinersky rural settlements of Baltasinsky municipal district of the republic.

During reception legal aid is given to 81 residents of two rural settlements of the district.

As a part of information consulting group from the Ministry of the land property of the Republic of Tatarstan the leading consultant of department of protection of property interests of the state – Ramil Khabibulin has given consulting help to citizens concerning the land legislation.
