Owners of land plots, houses and buildings had a possibility of simultaneous carrying out the cadastral registration and registration of the rights

01.02.2017 the Federal law dated 13.07.2015 N 218-FZ (an edition from 03.07.2016) "About the state registration of the real estate" has come into force. According to this Law the Unified state register of the real estate which has united two bases - the Unified State Register of Rights on the real estate and transactions with him and the State Immovable Property Cadastre has begun to function.

Besides, owners of land plots, houses and buildings had a possibility of simultaneous carrying out the cadastral registration and registration of the rights. Documents will be ready in 10 days if the application is submitted to body of registration or through 12 if he was accepted in the Multipurpose center.

However, as well as now will be able to refuse the account and registration. The law has established only one basis for refusal – if mistakes and discrepancies haven't been eliminated during provided for this term. At the same time the Law has approved 29 "shortcomings" of a package of documents which existence leads to suspension only of the cadastral registration.
