Meeting of Public council at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan

At the regular meeting of Public council under the Ministry of Land and Property results of work of the ministry in 2016 and activities for 2017 have been heard. The head of department of the account, monitoring and information exchange of the ministry Ildar Rakhmatullin has acted on the matter. Also heads of structural divisions of the ministry have answered on questions of members of council, generally concerning granting the land plots, other real estate, and also a preferential order of rent, restrictions when building.

      Members of Public council have approved the Plan of work for 2017 finished taking into account offers and remarks. In the accepted document consideration within a year of such questions as is supposed:

- directions of interaction of Public council and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan,

- activities of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan for realization of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030;

- reforming of state ownership in the Republic of Tatarstan;

- execution of functions of rendering the state services of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan,

and some other, urgent for civil society, questions.

       According to the proposal of the member of Public council Artur Mustayev (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan) the question of the appeal of the businessman-farmer from Almetyevsky municipal district about illegal use of farmlands for mining has been included in the agenda and considered. The matter and a number of similar video records in Muslyumovsky and Buinsky municipal districts of the republic have caused a brisk discussion of participants of a meeting. The invited employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan have given the comment on a question and have offered an algorithm of a solution taking into account departmental accessory. In particular, it was offered to initiate the appeal to supervisory authorities and after elimination of remarks to direct materials to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

   In conclusion of a meeting, the chairman of the board Rasheed Abashev has determined the concrete areas of work according to the accepted plan, has pointed that in some cases appeals to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan don't correspond to a profile of the ministry and can be solved at the municipal level or other departments. 

    In discussion of questions members of Public council Nazgat Magrifatullin (the head of a number of the enterprises, the member of the working group of the Enterpreneurs society of the Republic of Tatarstan on business part in agrarian and industrial complex), Asiya Timiryasova (The Kazan innovative university), Oleg Bulgakov (NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan»), the deputy minister Farit Musin, heads of structural divisions of the ministry have also taken part.
