The auction for realization of a complex of buildings with the land plot is announced

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction on realization of the complex of buildings with the land plot located in the historic center of the city of Kazan on Nagornaya St., 6.

            The initial price – 107 701 000,00 (One hundred seven million seven hundred one thousand) rubles excluding VAT.

Bid increment - 1 184 700,00 (One million one hundred eighty four thousand seven hundred) rubles.

            Date and time of holding the auction in an electronic form: 18.05.2017. The beginning at 09:00 (time of holding a procedure of an auction corresponds to local time in which the electronic platform functions).

Order of acquaintance of buyers with other information: Concerning the organization of survey, execution of the application for participation in an auction, obtaining additional information you can address in the working days from 09:00 till 18:00, on Friday till 16:45 (a lunch from 11:45 till 12:30) to the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26, 1 floor, room 110b, ph. 264-30-81.
