About reception of a qualification examination of appraisers: modifed draft of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

The draft of the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation «On transfer of powers of the body, authorized for holding a qualification examination in the field of appraisal activity to Federal budgetary institution "Federal Resource Center for the Organization of Preparation of Administrative personell" finished following the results of public discussions is published.

Since July, 2017 all appraisers will have to pass a qualification examination in three main units:

real estate appraisal;

appraisal of cost of personal estate;

appraisal of business and intangible assets and intellectual property.

NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out work certain by Board and Committee on Education and vocational training, in this direction for training of staff of the organizations — members of Partnership, to examination, including examination at the federal level.
