Session of anti-corruption commission at the minister

On June 2, 2017 session of anti-corruption commission at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev took place.

Results of granting in 2017 data on the income, expenses, property and obligations of property character of the persons replacing positions of the public civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry and members of their families according to the order of the Ministry which approved the List of positions of the public civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan which replacement is bound to corruption risks; results of evaluating the corruption risks arising at realization the functions by the Ministry of and entering of specifications into lists of positions of public service which replacement is bound to corruption risks; the question of quarterly control of performance by local governments of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10.09.2012 No. 909 "About definition of the official website of the Russian Federation in the Internet for placement of information on tendering and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation", results of the analysis of the circumstances which became a subject of reaction of law-enforcement and control supervisory authorities; monitoring of information on corruption implications in activity of the officials working in the field of activity of the Ministry placed in media, including Internet network, and also contained in the arriving addresses of citizens and legal entities; results of anti-corruption examination of regulations and drafts of regulations for the I quarter 2017, and also the review by results of the monitoring of realization in 2015-2016 of actions for anti-corruption which is carried out by Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy in 26 public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan is considered.

At the session of the Commission the chief of legal department E. Voronina, the chief of summary and analytical department of management of the account, monitoring and information exchange G. Nasibullina, the head of department of methodology and formation of the municipal property relations I. Evchenko and the responsible person supported work on prophylaxis of corruption and other offenses, the secretary of the Commission D. Protsenko have acted.
