The training seminar for the heads and specialists of chambers and managements of the property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place

30.06.2017 the training seminar for the heads and specialists of chambers and managements of the property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on a subject: "The land and property relations in 2017: legislation and practice of its application" has taken place.

The seminar was held by associate professors of the civil and enterprise law of law department of the Kazan state university of F.I.Khamidullina and E.F. Nigmatullina. Questions of practical use of standards of the land legislation on granting the land plots which are in the state and municipal ownership; granting for rent of the real estate objects which are in the state and municipal ownership, an easement, have been considered.

During the seminar lecturers have answered the questions arising during practical activities on management of the state and municipal property.
