34,20 thousand hectares of unused lands of agricultural purpose are revealed in the Republic of Tatarstan
On July 27, 2017 Management of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Republic of Tatarstan has held a public event for discussion of law-enforcement practice in an authorized field of activity of Management.
According to the deputy head of Management Lenar Fatterakhmanov in 1 half of 2017 in the sphere of land supervision Management has held 263 control and supervising events, including 75 planned inspections, 39 unscheduled inspections, 59 administrative investigations, 2 planned road surveys during which violations of the land legislation on the area of 1424,191 hectares are revealed, the sum of the imposed penalties was 2885 thousand rubles. In 2 quarter of 2017 it is collected penalties for the sum of 1548,2 thousand rubles.
During the control and supervising actions more than 65000 hectares of lands of agricultural purpose are inspected. 77 decrees on cases of administrative offenses are issued. 38 instructions about elimination of violations of the law are issued, executed - 6, 30 ideas of elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting commission of administrative offenses are taken out.
2 materials on the case of administrative offense are directed to magistrate's court, 19 materials are transferred to bailiffs.
The Management of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of Chambers of the property and land relations of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and Deraptments of Agriculture in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan has conducted examination of lands of agricultural purpose regarding their rational use. During inspection 34,20 thousand hectares of unused lands agricultural purpose are revealed in the territory of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
