Today The Managing partner of venture fund of Sberbank of Russia Victor Orlovsky has performed with a lecture in the house of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The lecture has been devoted to questions of development of digital economy and also consideration of new models of consumption of modern society.

The acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the chief of staff of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, heads of the republican ministries and departments became listeners of a lecture.

Having greeted Victor Orlovsky, Alexey Pesoshin has emphasized that for rather short term the venture fund of Sberbank became widely known in professional circles, as in Russia, and abroad. "The fund has many interesting and successfully realized projects in the field of information and communication technologies in the moneybox ", - have told the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"It is very pleasant to me to address you. The whole country knows that the Government of Tatarstan is one of the most innovative. My colleagues told much about how successfully you introduce various innovations, advanced technologies in the sphere of document flow how you have constructed human resource management, key performance indicators and many other things. It, of course, causes huge respect", - Victor Orlovsky has noted in turn.

During the lecture Victor Orlovsky has told about the main stages of development of digital economy in Russia and the world, economic and social benefit from these processes, key trends and technologies which serve as drivers of growth of digital economy.

In addition, the lecturer has touched upon a subject of modern models of consumption, in particular, has told about various methods of assessment of their indicators, the directions of use, changes of indicators of consumption in view of influence of various socio-economic factors.
