The working group for the solution of questions of cadastral appraisal, property taxes and appraisal activity is created in the State Duma of Russian Federation

The working group which will deal with issues of legislative regulation of cadastral appraisal, monitoring of payment of property taxes in the Russian Federation and appraisal activity is created in the State Duma of Russian Federation. It was said by the first deputy head of the State Duma Budget and Taxes Committee, the author of the law "About the Property Tax" Sergey Katasonov, «Interfax» tells.

Work of group will be directed to harmonization of the adopted laws and bylaws which regulate the sphere of appriasal activity and property taxes.

The head of the International club of investors "Integration" Irina Radchenko has noted that the main problems which the group should solve are connected with need of preservation and development of appraisal activity, restoration of institute of examination of reports on appraisal, solutions of questions of cadastral appraisal.
