Today the meeting on the problems of state cadastral registration of residential buildings , in which it is planned to purchase residential premises in 2020 for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Kaibitsky, Nizhnekamsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconferencing. The participants considered possible options for their solution.
On April 24, 2020 the meeting with the participation of representatives of the non-profit organization “State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference.
On February 26, 2020, the meeting in the form of video conferencing on the issue of existing debt for housing and communal services for residential premises of the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan for orphans was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the discussion of this issue.
Based on the results of the meeting, it was decided that it is necessary, together with the managing organizations, to consider the issue of restructuring the existing debt, as well as to work out additional measures of social support in respect of employers in the form of subsidies or benefits.
