Since 2018, employees of the State Budgetary Institution Department for Housing Management have been accompanying the process of transferring residential premises into the ownership of orphans who received apartments under the President's program in 2013-2014. under lease contracts for specialized housing stock.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the state budgetary institution Department of Housing Fund Management, together with the guardianship and trusteeship bodies of the executive committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, completed inspections of the safety of residential premises of the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan provided to orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care in 2015. Since the beginning of the year, 331 residential premises have been inspected in 33 municipalities of the Republic.
Today the meeting on the problems of state cadastral registration of residential buildings , in which it is planned to purchase residential premises in 2020 for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Kaibitsky, Nizhnekamsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconferencing. The participants considered possible options for their solution.
