State Budgetary Institution Department for Housing Management provides assistance in registration of living quarters of orphans in ownership
Since 2018, employees of the State Budgetary Institution Department for Housing Management have been accompanying the process of transferring residential premises into the ownership of orphans who received apartments under the President's program in 2013-2014. under lease contracts for specialized housing stock.
During this period, 309 residential premises were transferred to the Department on the basis of operational management rights, where orphans live. From the day of signing social employment contracts, the employees of the Institution provide this category of citizens with consultations, help in the preparation of documents for the transfer of residential premises into ownership, interact on all legal issues that arise.
To date, at the request of citizens, 275 apartments have been transferred from the property.
