The meeting discussed issues related to the preparation of topographic surveys, the development of planning and land surveying projects, land management and cadastral work, with amendments to the master plan of the rural settlement and providing land with engineering infrastructure.

Arthur Galiev noted that to date, 56 thousand large families are included in the lists, of which 36 thousand or 65% are provided with plots. Norms for the provision of land approved by the local government bodies in the range from 6 to 20 acres. In Kazan, this is 6 acres for a family of 3 children, plus 1 acre for each subsequent child. On average, 11 acres of land are provided to large families in the republic.
Arthur Galiev said that today 7 municipal districts have fully provided large families with land plots. These are Agryzsky, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Mamadyshsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Spassky, Tetyushsky districts. Among the lagging 10 regions, in which this indicator is only 50-80%. These are Nizhnekamsk, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsky, Almetyevsky, Zelenodolsky, Bugulminsky, Laishevsky, Kukmorsky, Arsky, Tukaevsky districts.
Separately, the speaker dwelled on the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, where the total shortage of plots is about 11 thousand. So, the municipal massifs located near Kazan in the villages of Sokury and Kaymary have already been fully developed. Work continues on the development of federal arrays. In total, it was planned to form 2.5 thousand plots to provide large families of Kazan. To date, 2 thousand 360 plots have been formed, of which 1 thousand 14 plots have already been decided by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide for large families. Work on the provision continues - in reserve 1300 more sites. Another 963 hectares of federal plots in this territory were also transferred. Preparatory work has begun, which includes the preparation of a master plan, surveying, land surveying, the development of a land surveying project, and cadastral registration.
In the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the municipal arrays in the village of Azmushkino, which includes the Sunflowers microdistrict, are fully developed. Work continues on the development of additional arrays. In order to provide large families of Naberezhnye Chelny, it was planned to form 780 plots in total. To date, 535 plots have been formed, of which 246 plots have already been selected by large families. There is also a reserve - 289 sites, the provision continues.
Arthur Galiev called on the administration of Naberezhnye Chelny and the Tukaevsky municipal district to speed up the development of the arrays. He also noted the importance of establishing interaction and mutual understanding of local authorities in the development of new territories.
