The meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan was held on March 5, 2020 with the participation of members of the Council, Deputy Minister Eduard Diyarov and heads of departments of the ministry.

The head of the Accounting, Monitoring and Information Interaction Department of the Ministry, Ildar Rakhmatullin, spoke about the results of the work of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2019 and the lines of activity for 2020, based on the materials of the final Board of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The members of the Public Council proposed to include the problematic issues reflected in the materials presented in the topics of the meetings of the public body.

When considering the draft work plan, constructive proposals were made by members of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Council Asiya Timiryasova and Arthur Mustaev, deputy chairman Nazgat Magrifatullin. In particular, Arthur Mustaev proposed to apply the positive practice of the participation of members of the Public Council in conjunction with specialists from state bodies in hot lines, visits to receive citizens, etc.

Evgenia Moskalenko, responsible for anti-corruption work, reported on the consideration of the opinion of the population about corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan according to the results of a sociological survey in 2019 prepared by the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on socio-economic monitoring. On this issue, the Chairman of the Council Rashit Abashev proposed taking into account the proposals of the members of the Council Oleg Bulgakov, Arthur Mustaev, Nazgat Magrifatullin.

 The report on antitrust compliance submitted by the head of the legal department Zulfat Galyautdinov was unanimously approved by the Council.

At the end of the work of the Public Council, the Chairman of the Council Rashid Abashev brought to the attention of the Council the information of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan on updating the composition of the OP of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020-2023 and the possible updating of the composition of public councils under the ministries and departments of the republic.
