On July 14, 2020, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiev, an expanded held a meeting on the completion of the inventory of hydraulic structures located in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the meeting in the mode of video conferencing, representatives of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, interested ministries and departments also considered the issue of creating a unified interdepartmental register of hydraulic structures on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the progress of accounting for hydraulic structures at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Pesoshin.

A special topic is the management of property such as hydraulic structures, Fanil Agliullin emphasized in his report. Under certain conditions, the unsatisfactory state of the hydraulic structures poses a danger to the population; there are risks of damage to property. After last year's events in the Irkutsk region, together with supervisory authorities and municipalities, an additional work was carried out on an inventory of hydraulic structures located on the territory of the republic.

Today the regular meeting on streamlining the accounting for hydraulic structures (hereinafter - GTS) located in the territories of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev. Today, results of reconciliation of differences in the number of hydraulic structures with a database of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan are considered with the participation of representatives of the Volga Department of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and a number of municipalities. Based on the results of the reconciliation in the municipalities of the republic, an adjustment was made to the existing list of hydraulic structures.

On March 31, 2020 the regular meeting on the issue of streamlining the accounting of hydraulic structures located in the territories of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev.

 The meeting addressed issues related to the progress of visual commission examinations of ownerless hydraulic structures located in the territory of 33 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, reconciliation of differences in the number of hydraulic structures in 17 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with the database of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and 25 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with data from the Federal State Budget Institution "Tatmeliovodkhoz".

Work on streamlining the accounting for hydraulic structures of the republic continues.

On March 18, the meeting about streamline the registration of hydraulic structures was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of interested ministries and departments. Due to the lack of a uniform form of accounting for hydraulic structures of all ownership forms in the state and municipal authorities on the territory of the Republic, a new form of the Interdepartmental Register for the Registration of Hydraulic Structures was created, which is consistent with the reporting of federal supervisory authorities.

From February 10, 2020 to February 25, 2020, reconciliation of data on hydraulic structures (water bodies) was organized separately with each municipality, discrepancies were revealed in the data on hydraulic structures according to the number, location, technical and other criteria of structures.

So, according to the results of data reconciliation, a new list of 970 hydraulic structures ponds, (dams), was formed, of which:

- in the ownership of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, mainly in rural settlements - 667;

- in the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan - 4;

- in federal ownership - 84;

- in private ownership –52;

- are ownerless - 163.

On the agenda, the ministries and departments are invited to consider in detail the purpose of each hydraulic structure (water, energy, industry, etc.) and the reservoir (reclamation, fire, road dams, etc.), as well as the progress of further work with ownerless hydraulic structures of ponds (dams )
