As of June 30, 2020, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 218.83 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of June 30, 2020 is 44% fulfilled.

As of April 30, 2020, 142.85 million rubles of non-tax revenues were received from the use and sale of state property and land plots to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. The budget assignment in front of the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of April 30, 2020 was fulfilled by 28.72%

In the context of articles, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 30, 2020 received:

from rental property - 28.66 million rubles. - the plan is made by 46.4%;

from land lease –20.06 million rubles. - the plan is implemented by 26.3%;

from easement - 0.75 million rubles. - the plan is implemented by 24.2%;

from the sale of property - 41.24 million rubles. - the plan is completed by 137.5%;

from trust management - 50.00 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 79.3%;

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 0.04 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 0.1%.

As of March 31, 2020, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 115.69 million rubles. The budget assignment to the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of March 31, 2020 was fulfilled by 23.26%.
