In the framework of the Federal Law from 24.07.2008 N 161-FL "On the housing construction development", in order to provide large families with Kazan land, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT jointly with the Federal Fund for Housing Development continue to involve federal property land in the turnover.
Table tennis competitions passed on 09.11.2014 on the base of the Center of boxing and table tennis within the Sports contest of the civil and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 768,320 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. During the meeting the Deputy Minister of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev made a presentation on the cadastral valuation of land in the Republic of Tatarstan. This topic sparked a lively discussion, as the results of cadastral assessment directly affect the interests of both entrepreneurs and citizens. The cadastral value enhancement influenced on the economy not clearly: on the one hand - increasing revenues, on the other hand - an additional burden on business. As a result of discussion, it was decided to the need for more detailed analysis of the cadastral value changes impact on the socio-economic development of the country.
29.10.2014 by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov, held a meeting with the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in a videoconference form on the timing of the residential units commissioning for the subsequent acquisition to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and providing for orphans and children left without parental care.
