On October 10, 2019 the meeting under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Arthur Galiyev in the form of a videoconferencing with the participation of interested parties on the issue of inventorying hydraulic structures located in the republic in order to organize the execution of subparagraph “a” of paragraph 3 of the List of Instructions following the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation of 07.23.2019 on the issue “On measures to eliminate the consequences of flooding in the territory of the Irkutsk region” was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, recommendations were made:

to municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Russian Ministry of Emergencies for the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, to organize an additional reconciliation of the number of gas stations located in the districts until 11/01/2019;

to certain municipalities of the republic to complete the state cadastral registration of 14 hydraulic structures till the end of this year.

On October 9, 2019, in order to increase the efficiency of the mechanism for providing land for rent without tendering for the implementation of large-scale investment projects, Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov No. UP-611 “On Amending the Qualitative and Quantitative Indicators of the Criteria to Which Meet large-scale investment projects for the implementation of which it is allowed to provide land for rent without tendering" has been signed.

On October 24, 2019, an event to provide free legal assistance to the population, as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 22, 2010 No. UP-156 “On measures to develop a system of providing legal assistance and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan” and Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ЗРТ dated 02.11.2012 “On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan” will be held in the Novosheshminsky municipal district.

According to specialists of the Department of Economics of the Ministry, as of September 30, 2019, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 395.07 million rubles. The budget assignment to the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of September 30, 2019 was completed by 67.5%.

In the context of articles, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of September 30, 2019 received:

from property rental - 70.7 million rubles. - the plan is implemented at 116.2%;

from land lease –62.4 million rubles. - the plan is implemented at 89.3%;

from easement - 2.44 million rubles. - the plan is 109.9% complete;

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 36.5 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 129.1%.
