In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter - the List) for provision on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by small and medium-sized businesses and posted on the official website. Every year, until the first of November, the List is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.

Today, Minister Fanil Agliullin and the head of the Kaibitsky municipal district Albert Rakhmatullin took part in a gathering of citizens of the Nadezhdinskoye rural settlement, which includes 5 villages. This event was attended by employees of schools, kindergartens, cultural centers and entrepreneurs. The district prosecutor Almaz Suleimanov, the general director of Avgust-Kaibitsy LLC Alexander Ivanov and heads of social services also took part in the meetings with the population.

Today, the Director of the newly created State Budgetary Institution "Institute for Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" (a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan) Oleg Grigoriev visited the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".

During the meeting, the participants discussed further cooperation between institutions, in particular, in the development and updating of urban planning documentation, and also studied the experience of centralized collection of spatial data and the creation of an agglomeration.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT PJSC was held yesterday at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Board of Directors reviewed the results of TATNEFT’s PJSC budget execution for 2021 and approved the budget for February 2022.

The meeting provided information on the results of the activities of the Internal Audit Department of TATNEFT PJSC for the past year and approved the plan for 2022. The external assessment of the activities of the Internal Audit Department of the Company showed full compliance with the International Professional Standards and the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

In 2021, the department completed 47 audits with the development of corrective measures. On an ongoing basis, audits of the activities of the Banking Group "ZENIT" were carried out.

The management system based on a risk-based approach, formed in TATNEFT, makes it possible to control risks, plan actions based on their assessment and make optimal and rational business decisions aimed at achieving the strategic goals and operational results of the relevant business areas and the Company as a whole.

The participants of the meeting listened to the information on the implementation of the strategy of innovative development of Tatneft from 2018 to 2021. A systematic approach to technology development allows the TATNEFT Group to increase the potential for innovative growth in all business and functional areas.

All projects developed by the Company are assessed in terms of ESG risks and contribution to a sustainable energy future. Among the current developments are promising technologies for capturing, cleaning and processing CO2 into various types of marketable products, including at the TANECO oil refinery.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

In order to strengthen control over the progress of work on the preparation of urban planning documentation for settlements of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, developed by the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, curators responsible for the preparation of these documents have been appointed.

Today, the leadership of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the Agryzsky municipal district on the issue of establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning scheme. Previously, the Fund prepared and sent a list of settlements in the Agryzsky district, in respect of which it is possible to make a decision on the absence of the need for master plans and establish boundaries through amendments to the territorial planning scheme, in accordance with Article 19 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

Today, within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Perm region to the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin held a working meeting between the leadership of the Ministry and the Minister for Property Management and Urban Development of the Perm Territory Larisa Vedernikova.

The State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" continues to sell movable, immovable and other property. On January 24, 2022, an electronic auction was held for the sale of 4 vehicles assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, where 3 vehicles were sold for a total amount of 1,104,750.00 rubles.

On the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, on January 20, 2022, with the participation of all significant associations of entrepreneurs and relevant authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, a round table was held. At the event, representatives of business associations of the Republic of Tatarstan got acquainted with the elements of the Regional Investment Standard.

Currently, the standard is being implemented in 12 pilot regions, including Tatarstan, as well as Moscow, Sakhalin, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Voronezh, Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd regions, the Republic of Mordovia, the Trans-Baikal Territory and the city of Mocsow.
