In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter - the List) for provision on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by small and medium-sized businesses and posted on the official website. Every year, until the first of November, the List is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.
Today, Minister Fanil Agliullin and the head of the Kaibitsky municipal district Albert Rakhmatullin took part in a gathering of citizens of the Nadezhdinskoye rural settlement, which includes 5 villages. This event was attended by employees of schools, kindergartens, cultural centers and entrepreneurs. The district prosecutor Almaz Suleimanov, the general director of Avgust-Kaibitsy LLC Alexander Ivanov and heads of social services also took part in the meetings with the population.
Today, the Director of the newly created State Budgetary Institution "Institute for Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan" (a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan) Oleg Grigoriev visited the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".
During the meeting, the participants discussed further cooperation between institutions, in particular, in the development and updating of urban planning documentation, and also studied the experience of centralized collection of spatial data and the creation of an agglomeration.

In 2021, the department completed 47 audits with the development of corrective measures. On an ongoing basis, audits of the activities of the Banking Group "ZENIT" were carried out.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, the leadership of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the Agryzsky municipal district on the issue of establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning scheme. Previously, the Fund prepared and sent a list of settlements in the Agryzsky district, in respect of which it is possible to make a decision on the absence of the need for master plans and establish boundaries through amendments to the territorial planning scheme, in accordance with Article 19 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

Currently, the standard is being implemented in 12 pilot regions, including Tatarstan, as well as Moscow, Sakhalin, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Voronezh, Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd regions, the Republic of Mordovia, the Trans-Baikal Territory and the city of Mocsow.
