The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work for monitoring of key deals on management of municipal property and land plots in accordance with agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.02.2018 the Ministry considered 86 applications on 148 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 27 transactions. In 95 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.
