The general annual meeting of members of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan «has taken place
At another general annual meeting of members of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan reports on activity of Partnership for 2017 are heard, the organizational and financial documents defining the directions of development for 2018 and further prospect are approved, the structure of governing bodies is elected.
The union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan unites 40 organizations and individual entrepreneurs defining nearly 90% of the republican market of appraisal and profile consulting services today. More than 20 representatives of the Union are marked out by awards of the Cabinet and State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Registration Service, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Partnership and SRO of appraisers. In 2017 Partnership has organized gratuitous professional development of staff of the organizations and the federal platform of passing a qualification examination in Kazan. Thanks to actions of Partnership, more than 60 appraisers have successfully confirmed qualification and have continued professional activity. The number of partnership has increased by a quarter that shows its high efficiency. In 2018 gratuitous training of 76 experts in appraisal of resources and programs of increase in labor productivity is also planned. Independent examination of disputable situations, appraisal reports and market monitoring (and the edition of collections) remain the main directions of the Union. The new collection of monitoring of the real estate market on 3/1/2018 which has become in one and a half years demanded both at appraisers, and at customers, is transferred to participants of the meeting.
At the meeting measures of support of appraisers in the sphere of the Union and the direction of fight against unfair competition in the market of appraisal after 4/1/2018 are also sounded.
