The meeting of the Commission at the Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place
On March 22, 2018 the meeting of the Commission at the minister of anti-corruption has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev. At the meeting of the Commission the following questions are considered:
activity in the sphere of purchase orders of goods, performance of work (rendering services) for needs of the Ministry and about control in the sphere of observance of the budgetary legislation;
development and implementation of a complex of organizational, explanatory and other measures for prevention by civil servants of behavior which can be perceived surrounding as a promise or the offer of bribery or as consent to accept a bribe or as a request for bribery;
the review of violations of the law about anti-corruption in the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan revealed in 2017 by bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the methodical explanations prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation concerning signing of the contracts of investment life insurance by separate categories of persons to whom the ban provided by the Federal law dated 5/7/2013 No. 79-FZ "About the ban to separate categories of persons to open and have accounts (deposits), to store cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, to own and use foreign financial instruments extends";
results of monitoring of observance of Uniform requirements to placement and filling of the sections of the official site of the Ministry on the Internet concerning anti-corruption approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 4/4/2013 No. 225 and on consideration of the review prepared by Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy following the results of the analysis of the data on realization of actions for anti-corruption submitted by public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017.
