Realization of functions of authorized body in cases of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 11/21/2005 No. 543 "About authorized body of the Republic of Tatarstan in cases of bankruptcy and in procedures of bankruptcy" the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is continued work on inclusion in the register of requirements of creditors of the organizations having a debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, being in the procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy).
Also within the Federal law dated 10/26/2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan by inquiries of receivers is carried out the analysis about existence (absence) of the state property behind the organizations and the enterprises which are in the procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy).
