The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan renders assistance to subjects of business in registration of the land plots

36 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation of 105 land plots with a total area about 155 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment to the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business which are made on the basis of projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan are accepted in the I quarter 2018.

From them:

- for subsurface use (oil production) – 27 resolutions;

- for placement of objects of power, communication, pipeline transport – 8 resolutions;

- for placement of the cemetery - 1 resolution.
