Results of the meeting of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Based on the results of the work of the experts of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, professional opinions were confirmed about the inconsistency of the quality of the reports on the evaluation of land plots in Chistopolsky and Mamadyshsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with the requirements of legislation, federal standards and appraisal practice (reviewers - Tanzilya Udod and Irina Ignashina). Invited appraisers and managers of appraisal organizations that carried out the reports agreed with the conclusions of the specialists and stated their intention to eliminate violations without applying to SROs with the expert support of the Union. The position of the experts was also supported by the heads of the Chambers of land and property of these municipal districts Marina Iskhakova and Lenar Hadiullin, present at the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the results of analytical work on the development of recommendations for estimating the amount of rent for agricultural land. It was decided to send a corresponding appeal to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with a view to requesting structured indicators by districts, for the formation of appropriate price ranges and recommendations, including in the next Collection of Price Monitoring of real estate, land and rental rates as of 01.09.2018. The work on monitoring and preparation of the Compendium will begin already in July this year. Acting head of appraisal department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Zulfiya Kamalova also took part in the discussion and formation of decisions, in addition to experts.
