The auction for realization of the building of policlinic is announced

July, 24, 2018 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has appointed an electronic auction on realization of the building of policlinic (which isn't used for designated purpose), 5-storey (underground floors – 1), with a total area of 4 407,7 sq.m, located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsky municipal district, the city of Nizhnekamsk, Stroiteley Avenue, 10B, with the land plot of 7 404 sq.m, category of lands: earth of settlements.

The initial price – 54 954 000,00 (Fifty four million nine hundred fifty four thousand) rubles including VAT.

The electronic auction will be held on electronic platform of JSC «Tatarstan State Procurement Agency» - sale.zakazrf.ru
