Meeting in the videoconference mode on granting premises to orphan children
03.08.2018 The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan have participated in a meeting in the videoconference mode, organized Department of state policy in the sphere of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on discussion of questions of the made changes in Federal laws concerning providing with premises orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support:
- possibility of numerous extension of 5-year period of validity of the employment contract,
- cancellation of the employment contract in the presence of debt on payment of housing and communal services more than 12 months,
- acquisition of premises without tendering at natural persons,
- acquisition of premises for orphan children in one house can't be more than 25% of total of apartments
