Conversion of public services to an electronic form
On September 14, 2018 the meeting on the conversion of public services to an electronic form has taken place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister R.I. Shameev.
During the meeting the plan of measures on conversion of a number of the public services rendered by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan to an electronic form has been considered and issues of further interaction on the matter are discussed.
Following the results of the meeting the decision on joint study with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan of questions of a possibility of filing of application on receiving public service and obtaining result of public service by the applicant through the Portal of public services of the Republic of Tatarstan, realization in an electronic document management system of a possibility of formation of the organizational and administrative documents which are result of rendering the public services signed with the digital signature in a xml-file format together with the file of the digital signature (.sig) and further submission of such documents for the state registration in electronic form through services of the Internet portal of Federal Registration Service rosreestr.ru is made.
Together with the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on archiving the issue of a possibility of transfer on archival storage of the organizational and administrative documents which are result of rendering the public services signed with the digital signature will be handled.
