Citizens or peasant farms can participate in an auction on the right to conclude an agreement of the rent of the land plot of agricultural purpose
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan according to Art. 39.18 of the Land code of the Russian Federation informs about granting of the land plot with cadastral number 16:24:080602:152, with total area of 2 557 100 sq.m (lands of agricultural purpose with a type of the allowed use "for agricultural production") located at the address: The Republic of Tatarstan, Laishevsky municipal district, for the implementation of activity of peasant farm for rent for a period of 20 years. Restrictions (encumbrance) of the rights for the land plot are absent.
Citizens or the peasant farms interested in granting this land plot, having the right to submit the application for intention to participate in an auction on right to conclude the agreement of rent of the above-stated land plot within thirty days from the date of publication and placement of this notice in the «Kamskaya Nov» newspaper, on the official site of torgi.gov.ru, on the official site of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan of http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/.
The application is submitted in the form of the paper document at the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26.
Expiration date of reception of applications – October 22, 2018.
