The NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" discussed the issues of appraisal of the lease of agricultural land

Experts of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", at a regular meeting of the working group, discussed the valuation of rent for the use of agricultural land, which are in the state and municipal ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. Based on previous studies and detailed information sent to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, expert Rezida Betretdinova presented calculations for three pilot regions of the republic. In the calculations, in addition to the data of the Partnership experts and joint-stock company republican information-computing center on analogical transactions was used the analytical publication of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan "System agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan " on the production of all types of crop production, the cost of funds and labor for their cultivation, as well as the quantity, the total cost of sales of crop production of own production. The discussion was attended by Andrey Lisichkin, Dmitry Zakhmatov, Azat Zakirov, Marat Suleimanov, Yury Chebotarev. The Ministry of Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Zulfiya Kamalova.

   The methodological recommendations formed on the basis of professional opinion will be included in the next Monitoring Collection published by the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan and gratuitously distributed to the relevant authorities and appraisers-members of the Partnership.
